Patrick was born 1986 in Hagerstown, Maryland to his mother Shirley and father Delray.

Milford, Delaware was Patrick's home for the first eight years of his life.  Patrick spent summers at the local beaches or his grandmother's pool in Lincoln, DE. He participated in the Little League, CDSA soccer, and Cub Scouts as a Milford youth.  Patrick attended Holy Cross Elementary in Dover and then Caesar Rodney High School for secondary education.  Patrick was Student Body President his senior year at CRHS and also played varsity lacrosse.  He was very active with his local volunteer fire company - Camden Wyoming Station 41.   And Dover Fire 46 later in life.

Patrick graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in Psychology.  He was a member and Vice-President of the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity.  Finishing his time at WVU on the Dean's List.  Later Patrick completed his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information Systems at Wilmington University.   

 

Patrick worked for the Delaware Department of Children Youth and Families (DSCYF) as an abuse investigator - advocating for the safety and well-being of Sussex County's children.  He then worked for the City of Dover at the Dover Fire Department in an administrative role.  Where he also served as a volunteer fireman.  Patrick has a track record of proven service to his community with boots on the ground.

 

He currently works remotely as an I.T professional in electronic medical record systems.  Patrick believes remote work could help bring jobs to the area never thought before.

Patrick resides with his wife, Shannon, in Ellendale, DE.  They live on 20-acres with two Labrador Retrievers and a cat named Lenny.  Patrick spends most of his time working around their property, hunting, or volunteering as a firefighter at Ellendale Fire Company.  Patrick is an avid fan of local craft breweries. He enjoys attending community crab feasts, Ducks Unlimited events, and the annual Milford Halloween Parade.  He is a member of the Milford Moose Lodge and the Delaware State Sportsmen Association.  Patrick is an avid gun owner and supporter of the Second Amendment.
